Responsible for the branding development, I was engaged to recreate TecLavTin’s entire visual identity from logo, through to colors and the creation of a brand book. Taking into consideration their format and reach, I crafted the visual language to be contemporary and modern, yet mature and sophisticated to stand the test of time. Simplicity was intended for scale and versatility with the color palette chosen for its classic connection.
A good logo is distinctive, appropriate, practical, graphic and simple in form, and it conveys the owner's intended message. A concept or “meaning” is usually behind an effective logo, and it communicates the intended message. The creation of six different versions was necessary to bring the versatility to the TLT brand. I created the main version in colors, one white and one in black, horizontal and vertical.
